kings lynn
notary services ltd

Your trusted source for Notary Public services.

When you seek the services of a notary, it’s typically because you have a document intended for use overseas. It is important to recognise that consulting a Notary Public goes beyond a mere formality. The role of a Notary entails a profound international responsibility, demanding a meticulous level of attention and care.

This responsibility extends not only to the client but also to anyone who may rely on the document, as well as to governments or officials of other nations.

These parties rightfully expect a Notary to ensure strict adherence to all relevant legal requirements, both domestically and internationally, and to maintain accurate records in their register.

Diligence is paramount at every step to mitigate the risks of errors, omissions, alterations, fraud, forgery, money laundering, identity theft, and other potential pitfalls.

Why choose King’s Lynn Notary Services Ltd?

I am dedicated to providing my clients with accurate and timely services and pride myself on offering reliable, efficient, and professional assistance for all your notarial needs both domestically and internationally.

I adhere to the highest professional standards and uphold the principles of integrity, confidentiality, and impartiality in every transaction.

We will guide you

every step of the way...

Foreign Language Documents
If you want me to deal with a document in a foreign language, then you will need to provide a written translation by a person competent to do so. This can be you if you have the language skills. Foreign lawyers (but not usually French lawyers) usually provide a translation with a foreign language document they have drafted so if they have not provided one ask them if they can do so. Failing all else I can get a quote for a translation for you.
Legalisation
Some documents require legalisation before they will be accepted for use in the receiving jurisdiction by obtaining an apostille through the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office. For some countries, additional legalisation is required through the relevant embassy or consulate.
